What is ecommerce?
It is the process of buying or selling goods or services over the Internet. Commercial transactions are made digitally, i.e., from the offer of the product or service to the payment and completion of the purchase. Ecommerce eliminates the need for physical stores and allows sellers to reach a global audience.
Picking consists of handling unit loads, which is the order preparation activity of picking and combining non-unit loads to make up a customer's order.
A WMS connects to all sources of inbound and outbound inventory to ensure real-time, complete merchandise balances.
It is where dry and canned foods are stored, so this area requires that the dry storage and raw materials are kept in proper temperature and humidity conditions.

Wrapping is the wrapping of products, materials or miscellaneous goods in plastic film. Once the products have been wrapped with plastic film, they are guaranteed to be secured and protected for transport, storage and handling.
It is a technique of consolidating and preparing orders of products from different suppliers for shipment to various destinations. It is a distribution system in which goods received through an inbound element are immediately prepared for shipment instead of being sent to storage. With this procedure, the need for warehousing of products is totally eliminated or considerably reduced.
The European pallet or Euro pallet measures 1,200 x 800 mm. In terms of weight, a Euro pallet weighs around 25 kg and supports loads of up to 1,500 kg (and statically, without moving the pallet, up to 4,000 kg).

What is a Tax Deposit?
"The tax warehouse is the storage of goods of foreign or domestic origin in general bonded warehouses, which must be authorized for this purpose by the customs authorities and provide this service in terms of the General Law of Credit Organizations and Auxiliary Activities." Source: SAT, Mexico.
International Commercial Terms are internationally recognized rules that define the rights and obligations between buyer and seller and establish how costs and risks will be allocated between the different parties to a transaction and their objective is to unify commercial concepts, so that the seller and buyer perfectly understand the conditions of the operations carried out between them.

EXW is an INCONTERM and stands for Ex-Works which is also known as "ex works", meaning that the seller delivers the goods at his premises or other designated place, while the buyer assumes the risks and costs related to loading, transportation and clearance of the goods. This is favorable for exporters, as it represents a minimum risk. It means minimum commitment for the seller and maximum obligation for the buyer. It is normally used by novice exporters.
It is a movement requested by a Customs Broker. To carry out this maneuver, the Customs Broker requests an empty container from the Shipping Line. The Customs Broker must demonstrate to the Bonded Warehouse that he/she has authorization from the Importer or Exporter to handle the merchandise.
It is an INCOTERM that stands for Free On Board (FOB) or free on board, it is used exclusively for maritime or river transport. It can be useful to control the freight and shipping costs of your goods. In this INCOTERM the seller delivers the goods at the port of shipment and assumes the costs of export customs clearance and export licenses. On the other hand, the buyer carries out the import formalities, arranges transportation from the port of shipment and assumes the costs during the delivery of the goods (unloading, freight, clearance, etc.).
The tag is an identification label that certifies the origin, quality and legality of the products you buy.
This INCOTERM stands for Cost, Insurance and Freight. It refers to the selling company delivers the goods on board the vessel and must contract and pay the costs, all customs formalities and freight to the port of destination. The buyer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the goods at the port of shipment. It is worth mentioning that the insurance is contracted by the seller, but it entitles the buyer.
An HTS code is a number assigned to a specific imported item that helps identify and classify it. They also use HTS codes to determine the amount of duties or taxes that must be paid to bring an item into the country.
This INCOTERMS means Delivered at place, where the seller assumes all costs, including the main transport and insurance (which is not mandatory) until the goods arrive at the agreed terminal, assuming all risks until that moment.
The list of items allowed for bonded warehousing is very broad, among them we can find: wines and liquors, electronics, toys, beauty products, steel and machinery, frozen fish, food, spare parts and tires, automotive industry, solar panels and plastics.
This is the SAT registry in which all individuals and companies must register in order to enter foreign products into Mexican territory.
It is a strategic ally in the supply chain, supporting and legal support in foreign trade, some of the activities are: making the customs declaration, a correct tariff classification, payment of contributions and taxes, storage and distribution of goods, establishing the type of customs regime, among others.
Items that cannot be subject to tax warehousing:

Footwear, textile and apparel, cigarettes with tobacco, sugar, ammunition and weapons, explosives, radioactive or nuclear material, chemical precursors, most precious stones, pearls, jade, coral and ivory, jewelry manufactures that are composed of precious metals, and finished vehicles with some exceptions.

What is "Trasvase"?
El trasvase es el acto de mover mercancías de un medio de transporte a otro o de un contenedor a otro.
Un container (o contenedor) es esencialmente una caja metálica grande, estandarizada y reutilizable diseñada específicamente para almacenar y transportar mercancías de manera segura a través de diferentes medios de transporte (barco, tren, camión).
– TR1 (Ruta Directa o Punto a Punto): Significa un transporte directo de la mercancía, usualmente desde el centro de producción o almacén principal hasta el cliente final o destino. Es una ruta sin intermediarios logísticos.

– TR2 (Ruta con Centro de Distribución Intermedio): Implica un transporte en dos tramos. Primero, la mercancía va del origen a un Centro de Distribución (CD), y luego, desde ese CD, se realiza la entrega final al cliente (la «última milla») usando vehículos más pequeños.
Sus dimensiones están reguladas por normas internacionales (ISO) para que encajen perfectamente en cualquier barco portacontenedores, vagón de tren o chasis de camión en cualquier parte del mundo. Los más comunes son los de 20 pies y 40 pies de largo.
La diferencia clave es la función, la escala y la movilidad. El furgón Es un vehículo con cabina y caja integrada, mientras que el contededor es una caja de carga (un embalaje/recipiente).

What are Value Added Services?

These products are those that may have suffered some damage or breakdown, have been returned and put back on sale at a significantly lower price than the new ones.
They are those productive activities of a company that are sent to a different company to be carried out. In other words, it is a production whose main objective is to reduce costs and deliver competitive advantages.
It is a logistics strategy where kits are prepared, that is, the individual parts that make up a product are put together to create a package.
